Rent rates $750-800 month/cash flow $250-300 month
Take ACTION now. YOU supply buyer for $81,600 and YOU collect $5000. Must be able to close quickly.
Who's going to make $5000 on this one??
Or should I just sell it to one of my local investor/buyers here?

I have posted this to CL (among many others), and other classifieds, I have contacted all the buyers who have answered ads from me before, all on my buyers list, ****, and waiting for a fellow REI who said he has 150 buyers all over the country to call me back... still calling others. What is wrong with these people! Don't they know a good deal when they see it?

Needless to say MOST had not even built a buyers list
I have my own buyers eating aout of my hands here,but I thought I would offer this up to DGers 1st to get them going.
No buyers provided by DGers, so I just presented the deal to MY buyers...it was sold quickly!!
