Do you have an active buyers list??? Lets partner up

Can anyone suggest another method of developing my buyers list other than the bandit signs. I live in a area where the county ordinance does not allow those type of signs to be posted. I have looked in the news paper and have not found anyone advertising about We Buy Houses anymore besides what the realtors advertise. I was trying to get my 1-800 number but if I can't post bandits signs should I still get a 1-800 number ?

you really dont need a 1800 number u get more calls from a regular number as for me i have a second line on my phone ..... u should try that ..

It's free, and 9x's outta 10, you can get a local number. You can even get more than one, if you have multiple gmail accounts. Put bandit signs out Friday afternoon & pick them up Sunday night ~ that should work.

Thanks for the feed back on the 800 number but has anyone had any problems with posting bandit signs when there is a ordinance that won't allow you to do that ? I have not seen that type of sign in my neighborhood and think it's because of the ordinance.

We do a TON of bandit signs here & get a bunch of deals & buyers from them ... Just get a google voice # for them so it cant easily be traced back to you & dodge the PoPo if u see any when your out... I haven't had any issues though

ive never had any problems with mines too im in stocktono ca.. well now tht i think about it i had a lady get mad cause i didt have the home for sell anymore so she told me she was gonna rip it up and trash it ...

About bulding buyers list the best thing for me is calling the for rent adds and offering good deals. in 3 hours of calling for rent adds in the clssifieds adds I found 8 buyers!!!!!!
