Dear Dean...please HELP!!!

All I've asked for is honesty. If it's coming back fine. If it's not coming back fine. just give us the courtesy of an honest answer so we'll know which direction to go.

how about it DGADMIN HUH ??

We purchased Dean's books, courses, training and we had friends and other new REI buy the books and courses.

Followed the steps outlined in said materials to set up the site and put it on our business cards, magnetic car signs, etc.

I never thought DEAN would let us down like this.

From ALL those sales, WE made Dean Enterprises what it IS Today!

IF you Really care about us Fix our websites.

We are NOT asking too much...just FIX it.

We're STILL waiting..... and waiting...and waiting.

sorry to hear about that I do have website too thru Dean but I have never promoted it really but it would be nice to use it. Have you tried getting in touch with Dean himself? Or Jeremy?

Have contacted jeremy and support and posted here about once every 10 days or so.... STILL NOTHING.

And Dean cares you know not sure why that is happening I wonder. You know how it goes I suppose we have to soldier on no matter what. I appreciate the website they provided and all but I am going to get a paid for website even if it is cheap, maybe thru fiver.

Everything else has been steller so that is why I say that & Dean does give away more free than most charge, I know cuz I got a ton of free stuff. Humm, next time I talk to Gena & Andrea I will mention this to them as well as Jeremy.

Everyone is TOO BUSY in the DG Admin and support to address this issue thats been going on for 5 MONTHS.

I would think a "techie" could fix this in a very short time.

Action SPEAKS VOLUMES (or lack of action)

Perhaps what happened is that there is no compatitibility now with the new servers like one of the dg mod's said & if that is the case lets move on yes it is frustrating but are we going to let that stop us from investing, no. Let's move on, make offers add buyers & keep our eye on the prize. God bless.

Hi Everyone. I also started with DGs free website almost 5 years ago. To me it was always just an entry level website that I could use to help promote myself and my business as I was getting started. I knew I would want something better once I was up and running, but still it was awesome for Dean to offer newbies this generic website for free.

The key word is FREE. I personally don't think Dean is obligated to offer us free products. When something free stops working, I am thankful for the free usage I had but immediately I take action! It really does not cost that much to have a professional website. I have 5 so I know.

Something else I know to be a fact. You can do this business without a website!! Networking face to face is far more effective I believe. Making offers, getting properties under contract and blasting them out to all my buyers does not require a website.

Anyway, if it is a repairable problem I am sure it will be taken care of. If it is a dead deal than we must move on and thank Dean for the free time we had!!

I know an answer one way or the other would be appreciated!

And will add to this, I know for some of us financial pressure or hardships could be ever more present. but remember as a DGer we over come obstacles,hardships, and release from naysayers from our sphere. Furthermore, why would you turn back now? Because of this hiccup? You know how many guest would love to become a DGer ( just look at guest numbers versus users on line) and take action how all of you have. And add to that, you have potential buyers /sellers? You have come far, are close to finishing your next deal or like me about to get your first deal. Our core may be real estate investors but we all are in the People business really. As we progress advancements must be made and over all how much we invest not only in ourselves but to our clients,family and friends by extension needs to grow as well.

I agree, the free web site is worth what you paid for it. That being said, if it is not coming back, at least tell people so they can move on rather than wait for something that is not coming back. On the other hand, the foreclosure and probate web sites were paid for and have been down at least six months, and are an integral part of some people's marketing. I don't understand why this is being ignored. A simple yes or no would put this issue to rest. I wonder what would happen if someone said "your car will be ready Monday Mr Graziosi", would Dean still be waiting for his car 6 months later?

How would you feel if you PAID for a foreclosure web site and a probate website and were paying for phones with messages and marketing to drive people to those websites?

Michael could not said it any better. The site was free and was good while it lasted. Just because the site is down docent take from all the good free education that Dean offers. Just go a pay to have another site created if thats what you want.

There is ALOT of DG members "just starting out" that have contacted me and asked 'what is the problem?' (I dont know)

I told them to contact support.

There is NO expiration date in the book or the website.

Sad that we cant get an answer from support or DG Admin.

And yes Michael Mangham, REI can be done without a website, we all know that.

TRSD - I agree with you and would be upset that you pay and it does NOT work, a refund should be due.

Without making an excuse for DG, I've seen businesses grow and get out of control and maybe thats whats happening here.

Dean's books , courses and training etc has been PAID for and the website was part of it. So free really was Not free.

Michael I agree with you...100%.....Dean is doing this as an extra. I am sure at some point he will get it fixed, (keep in mind Dean is a very busy business man) as he updated this site, and is trying very hard to block the spammers.......

There is a website WIX.COM ....you can set up your website free......I'm not sure that...... down the road the company won't ask for a fee.....I never used it myself.........but I do see it advertised on Television.....

Let's give Dean a break.........he does so much for us......and asks for nothing in return but to try his methods......

I agree 100% with what Michael said. I too always looked at the free website as a temporary site, just to get the ball rolling. Once I get a couple of deals under my belt, then I'm definitely going to seek out something more professional and permanent. Lets be thankful for all that Dean does and be glad that he gave us a free website in the first place

Why can't people just be thankful for what they had. They bought a book and should just follow the book and not EXPECT anything more. Dean ALWAYS does the BEST he can. He doesn't have to give us anything for FREE but he does. Just be thankful people. DEAN HAS A TREMENDOUS HEART. Love you DEAN! And I AM THANKFUL FOR ALL YOUR INFORMATION AND EXPERIENCE.

I can certainly understand your frustration, and I agree that it would be the right thing to do for DG Admin to at least give everyone a heads up about whether the website will be up and running again, or has it been discontinued? However, if it's been down since Feb 2014, my gut instinct would tell me to move on to another site and revamp a newer, better website for your business.
