I wanted to drop by and welcome you to Deans board. We are all like one big family here. Feel free to ask questions from those of us who have done lots of deals. If one can't help there are others that will have an answer for you. Read all you can here on the forum and make sure you have Deans 2 books. The books are worth their weight in gold. They helped to to successfully close 21 cash deals as of now. Again welcome and I look forward to hearing about your first RE deal.

Just wanted to say hi real quick and let you guys know that I just recently saw your contribution to Angela's post about the badges and I thought that was really humble and awesome of you guys to give back the diamond badge. I know God has seen this act and is not only proud, but is also planning to bless you guys in so many ways! And speaking of God, I also got a chance to read your quote, which makes for an AWESOME short poem, and let you guys know I love it and will be following the same mentality as well.

Well I hope all is going well, and I know probably by now you guys already have your first deal accomplished. I'm still working to complete mine as well, and even the road looks challenging for it, with God by my side I KNOW I CAN DO IT!
