Habitat for Humanity Resale Store...Untapped source for rehab materials

Habitat for Humanity Resale Store...Untapped source for rehab materials

Good morning to my DG family. I have a tip that I havent seen in any posts, and it deals with buying needed rehab items at the best price possible. We all need to save as much as possible on material in order to maximize our profits. One source that few people utilize is the Habitat 4 Humanity Resale Store. They carry building materials, appliances, furniture etc, and their prices are normally below the big box store prices. I am posting the link so you can check it out. Best of luck to all of you, and may you realize your goals!!

Habitat

I checked out the websites and these are good for rehabbing, and to find out more about them.
Thanks for the info.
Sandi

We have one

in our area and it is great. It's hit or miss whether they have what you need -- as their "inventory" is constantly changing. But the prices are awesome!

A lot of my co-workers have used the resale store of H for H here in California they have been real happy with the deals.

Thanks for the post.

Goodmorning Nadine

I hope everything is going really well for you and you are making boocoo bucks and having a great time. Do you target rehab work and how is it working out for you? That is what I want to do as soon as I round up some "serious cash investors", but right now I am focusing on quick wholesale deals. You have a great day lady.

Ive already grown old, but when I grow up I want to be just like you. hehe Btw, I think your site should be Veronica and Steve instead of the other way around. Discount Materials

We have H4H stores in our area as well. Sometimes I find deals there as they circulate a lot of different items. In our area there are a lot of warehouses that are dead space at the moment and they are stocked with housing materials at a discount. Everything from flooring to cabinets to windows and doors. Point being, check around the industrial areas of your town and see if someone has set up a wholesaling business as they do not always advertise very effectively.

Thanks

Mary Im glad the tidbit was useful. Not many people use H4H but it is a viable source to look at. I hope your efforts are productive for you and that you realize your dreams...SOON. Btw, I love your handle "username". Take care!

Xcellent point

Tmen, I thank you for visiting my humble page. You made a very good point, and I usually check H4H to see what they do have that I need. Sometimes not much, but other times a gold mine. Hope ur doin real good in REI and in all of your life goals.

Morning Michael

I love you post pic. I had a weird thought about winners and losers, and the Road runner and Cayote is a good illustration. Kinda reminds me of newbie investors like me that keep running into the ACME bomb. Lol But be sure, we will morph into the Roadrunner (a winner) if we just keep learning and plugging along. Have a great day and go do some deals. Smiling
