OfflineWell wasn't that an AWESOME Edge! I know I'm still on FIRE from it! So much incredible information every year! I LOVE the EDGE!
As we all start to get back into the daily grind and resume our normal lives with the energy and adrenaline from the Edge, it's important to take action NOW. Do you want to be someone who comes to the Edge next year with an absolutely amazing, spectacular success story to tell? Then you can let no excuse or daily grind get in your way of achieving everything you're meant to achieve.
Let's make it super simple. Before you go to bed at night and every night, take five minutes to write down three things you are going to accomplish the next day- only three things - detailed , specific items - keep it really simple. Don't overwhelm yourself or make your daily goals too lofty that you cannot achieve them.
It is much, much too easy to get caught in the trap of daily life. It often just takes over and in a month or so the whole excitement and motivation of the Edge fire dwindles.
Can you possibly cut your sleep by 5-15 minutes each night to create a plan of action for the next day, every day, starting today? Unless you begin doing and applying what you've learned, you're going to lose that motivation and it's going to fall by the wayside; then you will fall behind. It happens all too often, every year.
You've gotten some golden nuggets. You have some tools and some awesome, incredible, uplifting motivation and fire under your butt from the Edge. Utilize it and keep fanning the flames every single day until next years Edge. I dare you too!
I'll give you a few examples. I am on yet another direction in my life. Because of this, I redid my seven levels deep. My why has changed and my goals have been revised. I didn't even wait for the Edge to be over to do that. In fact I posted them to Facebook during the Edge! 
Another example, yesterday I decided to go through and review my strengths, write down EVERYTHING I do in my real estate business, and then make my NOT to do list . Then I proceeded to remind myself where I came from, filling in the gap and looking back and writing down where I was at and what I have done and become since I started this journey 4 1/2 years ago. Talk about empowering! Those were my three things to accomplish yesterday.
But the whole point of this message is to take action now - just do it - you will not achieve anything if you just sit and wait for the next best time. There is no time like right now in the present. I want to hear so many success stories next year, and so many stories of people taking massive action. Remember, ask yourself daily 'what have I failed at', if the answer is nothing, you're not doing enough! Never get discouraged by failure, because that means you're one step closer to success!!
IT IS CERTAIN I WILL ACHIEVE MY NEW GOALS NO MATTER WHAT GETS IN MY WAY!

Hey Tammy, missed The Edge but we have cranked out 95 absentee owner letters so far this week. Keep posting our townhome wholesale deals on several places, posting our own townhome for rent, got 1 of our lots under contract to sell by next Fri. Excited but need to get some deals moving along!

It was great to see you at the EDGE. The sky is the limit for you!! You know I support you 100%.
As far as action since the EDGE, I put two properties under contract while I was at the EDGE!! Been marketing them since yesterday. I have strong buyers running their numbers tonight. I am negotiating a 3 house/tired landlord deal that I hope to have under contract tomorrow. And of course I have made 8 offers today.
It was amazing how many deal makers were at the EDGE. Very few newbies. No one should miss EDGE 2015!

One of the take aways I learned was I need to do less in order to make more. I've been calling and I have a couple appointments with 2 ladies that are book keepers. I've decided that it isn't one of my strengths and I'm just going to focus on what I do best and let them do what they do best. Since I have decided to let them do my books a huge weight has lifted off my shoulders it feels amazing. I'm really excited to just focus on creating deals and selling them.

So far we have called 6 buyers, assigned a deal that will close next week, made 2 offers and determined that we will use the YMCA free 2 hr childcare so Lisa can help more and create SOPs that can be passed onto to an assistant in the next few months.

I'm still setting out all the steps to my goals, breaking them down into specific plans of actions quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily. Been looking at some properties in MI. I'm shocked at the tax rates there! One good thing about CA is prop 13. Our tax rates will never be 10%! Wow, in MI you will pay for the house in taxes over again within 8-10 years.
So hoping to buy these 5 MI properties by next week if all the numbers and due diligence pans out. Going to call some credit unions today!
Deal I've been working on 10 months has a court hearing coming up (about the 10th one. Keeps getting postponed. This is a sweet deal I'm NOT going to wholesale and the profit is $600k after all expenses. Splitting that with my investor partner.

Well Tammy, I am still on the road on my way back home. lol I have been thinking about my next steps once I return home however. My "NOT TO DO" list grows by the minute. My plan of attack comes clearer into view with each mile I drive. By the time I get home, I will have had over 4,000 miles of clarity so I expect big things for the coming year.
It was great seeing you again at EDGE 2014. Your pic of me I'm sure will be the topic of conversation for a little bit.

Yes, I did find out information. They do not want to intertwine the EDGE with the Send me Away anymore. They want the focus to be on education and mindset and don't want to take away from that experience.
I remember I was the first one they did live on stage. The anticipation was immense. It did take away from my concentration, I have to admit. And then when I WON, I kept my composure on stage, but when Joe Jurek spoke next, I didn't hear a word of his presentation because I broke down in emotional tears of joy and accomplishment for his entire presentation.
I'm sure they had some feedback the prior year that it would be best to separate it, and I agree.
But, we should see the videos in a blog in the next couple of weeks and start voting soon
