Just came back from Dean's seminar. No Dean. I was just wondering what the website for the tax Lien directory was.

This is the program my husband and i bought from Deans Seminar 2 years ago now. We have had most of our deeds we purchased through them get cashed in. We do still have 1 or 2 still gaining intrest. I hope this answers something for you.

What do u mean by the statement: "...get cashed in." Thanks!
The taxes on the deeds got paid by either the owner of the property or the bank with with intrest. When that happens we get our mony we paid back plus the intrest from the county we purchased the leans from. Does that answer your question?

may I ask what was the average of the interest that you got from your deeds? Have you bought more deeds/liens since the ones that have been cashed in?
thanks for sharing your experience with us,
Valerie

We got a letter form the county we purchased tas leans last year. The letter is to inform us we have the first offer of refusal on this property. This means that the tax is coming due on this property and they are giving us the first option to pay this year. If we do not then the property will go to a tax autcion. If we do pay at the very least we will get the intrest for the entire year at 16% on what we paid the county. If we end up with a couple of properties from these leans whitch it looks like we might we may need some assistance in the AZ area. Properties are good properties but we may need someone to go look around the area and out side of the buildings to give us an idea of the Buyers market in that are if we decide to sell the properties.

What are state's protocol on getting a clear deed after you pay or after the auction? Here is Florida we need to get a quiet title in order to
finance or resell the property because without it you can not get title insurance, so of course a bank or potential buyer won't do a deal without title insurance. Since the quiet title is the same procedure as a foreclosure,
advertising notice in the newspaper, serving the owner, etc. it can take a long time to complete, especially if the court docket is filled.
Check out what are the procedures in Az. prior to shelling out any money.
I think most of the seminars that carry Dean's name probably don't have Dean speaking at them. He has people. I've only been to one - Insiders Edge, but I'm going to another one on the 19th of this month.
It seems to me by the 3rd or 4th time I mess up the "captcha" when posting that the site would know that I'm human since to err is human.

Hey liberty kat just wanted to tell you that TX is actually 25%-50% a year! that is a great state for investing into tax sales.
it is also a penalty so even if they pay you the day after you get the full 24%.
Could please tell me how I can buy tax lien certificates from you guys? Do you have a website with directory of Tax lien certificates that you sell? Can you please give me that website.

I attended Deans' seminar in Columbus Ohio one year ago or so.
They offered three programs.
1. Home Foreclosure
2. Tax Lien Sales
3. Notes
I am interested in the tax lien sales. I spoke to the attorney gent that represented Dean. He shared with me that there was a website devoted to these property tax sales that listed the tax lien item; the appraised value; photos; location; ect.
This was available for a set price of 1500.00USD.
It has taken me this time to be in a position to become an investor. Is this program still available ?
