Sorry, this information is not available to the public, you have to talk to the owner themselves. If there is no one living in the house then you will not be able to access it. Banks won't give this amount either.

to go to your county recorder website and find the original loan amount of the current lien against the house. Then make an amortization table using the loan amount, the general rate of interest for the period that the loan was made, and assume a 30 year mortgage. Print the table and look at today's date for a balance. It is not a perfect system and there are a lot of variables, but it can give you a good idea.
