Born & raised in the Northwest, even though it rains here a lot I still like it here. I like to fish, golf & hunt not in that order. I've worked in the building industry since 1973 and it's time to say goodbye. I'm over 60 years old and looking forward to retirement, however this economy has bled my retirement down to nothing so I'm looking at real estate to replenish it with a passive income from rentals and wholesaling houses. I have rehabbed several houses some with success and some not.
My wife and I are empty nesters and want to do a little traveling before our time is gone.
