Since grade school I always had a fascination with architecture… I won some awards in High School for some homes I designed and drew and wound up Designing and Sub Contracting out my Primary residence in 1999…

During the last 10 years I designed some additions and kitchens for friends and family, which kept my feet wet, but I always wanted to tackle something bigger… I bought Carlton Sheets’ program once in 2003 but never got far because when I got stuck, I couldn’t get immediate help and finally sent the system back… Then one day Early November 2008 I see this young super Enthusiastic Real Estate Guru on TV selling this book Saying this is the Best Time Ever to get into the Business which motivated my wife and I into getting the Book… We then Joined the PMI Training System, began the Online Course and reading the book.. We bought our 1st 3Bed 2 1/2 Bath Colonial on 04-11-09, Flipped it, and CLosed on it 10-31-09... We bought our 2nd 3Bed 1Bath Multi Level on 12-18-09, Flipped it to 4Bed 2Bath, and CLosed on it 12-01-10. We are on our third Flip which we bought 12-18-10... My technique is using a HELOC loan on my primary Residence to fund the Rehab and down payment for the MOrtgage... So I haven't used my own money but I do have Excellant credit...

So it is true, you can do this Part time...
