I'm in the LA airport area and have all week free to do deals. As part of the deals found you will be required to get financed. If you are using this new role of real estate investing to replace your working income what income verification can you provide the bank? You are now an investor currently with no income.... Is it a requirment to have income in order to get a bank loan?

I live by Ontario International Airport and would like to deal in this area. Can you write deals and give comps for this area. I have spoken with a couple of realtors I know, and they were pretty cold on the ideas from Dean's book. Also, they said that even great credit worthy buyers are having difficulty getting approved for home purchases. I still need to get in contact with a broker as well. I need 3 deals to get my working copital they can begin to snap up properties for rent/lease, and would be very loyal to someone who assists in getting me started.

Just not quite clear on a few issuses but I can figure it out as I go along, or I can use your help as well and start putting some deals together.
