Your ID sounds like the title of my favourite Motley Crue tune of yore. Just reading your bio takes me back to when I was in my late 20s and early 30s to the angst that fueled the passions of wealth building like yourself. Unfortunately, that same drive and angst has cost me a marriage as I had allowed for her insanely structured lifestyle to affect me, until recently, at every level in my life( until DG ).

I presently live in the Chico/ Paradise area with a heavy interest of investing towards Portola, Reno/ Tahoe Corridor, and Wendover, NV, focusing into ( pre )foreclosures, tax liens/ fsbo's, and no-money-down deals. Will be willing to head down into Woodland/ Davis, Roseville, and Auburn should the right opps present themselves.
