I have been in the Computer Industry for fifteen (15) years, and recently took a summer job installing alarm systems. One night while watching TV, I flipped to a channel that had Dean on it and listened about how to make money as a Real Estate Investor.

The next day, I went to a local book store, purchase his book, and of course my wife thought I was nuts. After reading the first few chapters, I feel I'm ready to explore the RE World and hope something good comes of it.

I seen your post on deans web site. I really understand where your wife is coming from. Due to a bad venture with a fortune 50 Company i had to file bankruptcy. But with the help of the sucess academy I have rebounded pretty quick. As of date I have closed 20 deals with o down and bad credit. It was really tough with all the negativity around me, I even almost called and got my money back, I had just spent every dime i had. I am so grateful that i didn't and followed my heart. If I can every be OF any help feel free to PM me. Keep us posted on your progress.
