You don't see it in his videos, so you may not think it ever happens, but it does. Dean Graziosi get's down in the dumps too! Of course he does, it is a hazard of being human. In this blog, Dean shares what he did just a few days ago when the blues came a calling.
Take a few moments and watch now, this is powerful good stuff.

Gratitude, wow that is easy. Ever since I joined your site 2 years ago and have gained tons of knowledge and a great partner, I know that I will never go backwards again. That is it short and simple.
THANKS DEAN.....Jan
Gratitude
What a great message Dean in light of the Easter celebration! I know that everyday I think to myself, I don't know if I will be alive tomorrow so I must live my life today! I must love my kids and my wife and my family and friends like today is the last day that I have to do that. After all, our lives would be nothing without the support of those individuals in our lives. Most importantly, I must follow my dreams, whatever they may be, so that in the end, I can say that I have lived a fulfilled life! Real Estate Investing has become part of my dream and I WILL be successful! Thanks Dean for all you do, we all depend upon you a lot and I know that must be tremendous burden to carry some days!
Dean,
Thanks for another great blog. You are right, there are those moments in life when the whole world is just getting in your way. But you do have to take a moment and look around and realize that there are some incredible things happening in your life. I always say, find the positive in anything.
Good luck to everyone in finding the thing(s) that you are are greatful for.
For my greatful things in life...thank you!
Carpe Diem

Dean,
Thank you for taking the time to share another weekly blog with all of us. It is so true that everyday we can become soo busy or consumed with what may be happening. The higher we set our goals the more busy we can become as we continue to work hard in pursuit of that next level. There are times that we can reflect on where we are at and where we want to be. At times we all need to "recharge our batteries" whether it be a Sunday afternoon with the family or a nice relaxing vacation for a few days.
I believe when you have a chance to go out of town and get away from it all for a few days, this is a great time for reflection and creativity. I believe you can clear your mind, concentrate on the important things in life and also experience even more creativity to help in life and in business. Continued success and good luck in everything you do! Thank you for making a difference for so many. Believe and Achieve! - Joe

Gratitude
Thanks for another great blog. Gratitude is a big part of my life today. Like you said sometimes its easy to get caught up in the past. Some days i have to set down and actually do a gratitude list, This always seems to help. I can never express my gratitude for you and your staff. I really don't have a clue were I would be today if it weren't for you. Good luck in all your future adventures. And foremost I want to be a part of them in any way I can
Randy
Gratitude to you Dean!
Thank you so much for this weekly blog and all the others before it. It was excellent timing for me. I just bought some thank you cards and plan on each week to send a thank you to all those that have helped me be where I am today and for those that helped raise my daughter. Sometimes we get so busy we forget to thank those closest to us. Gratitude is everything.
Thank you again,
Cathy

Gratitude
Dean, your blog was wonderful. I am so happy that you spoke of gratitude, because when you express gratitude for what you have, even if you're repeating what you've been thankful for already, you are opening your heart center. So much occurs when your heart center opens. I am grateful for your presence. You are changing my life - and the Success Academy is also helping me change my life. I am progressing towards a new life in real estate. ~Thank you, Evelyn
Thanks for your words of inspiration!
I don't think that anyone can ever have too much gratitude for their blessings in life.
Thanks Dean!

Gratitude and Life
Dean one of the most important things in life is being grateful.I think it's great u brought that up.Alot of people just can't make it work sometimes and can't figure out why? Hey Dean,
I wanted you to know that because of The Lord in my life and because of YOU and the inspiration you have brought to me, I am truly blessed and grateful. I have not been on this site for years but am now getting back to what I should have done. Even though I know I have a long road ahead and and uphill battle (by my own doing),I know I will make it. One more thing. I want you to know that YOU are really the only successful real estate expert I trust! Period! Thanks for being the person you are. One of my goals is to meet you someday in person so I can shake your hand and thank you face to face....Ken
Gratitude
Thanks Dean for the weekly blog. For these I am forever grateful! They are truly valuable. The most value part is the fact that you are such a genuine guy. Your right the past can get you down, but it is the past that has made you you and brought you into all of our lives. For that I am grateful as each day is better then the last!

You know sometimes in life were moving so fast or things in life happen and we get caught in a "hell "storm. Then all it takes is something or someone to remind us of how blessed we really are. I know that I'm blessed to have a beautiful family that loves me,good friends, and a decent job,but most of all that everyday the Lord allows me to see another awesome day no matter what happens. I am greatful for his loving kindness and grace even when I don't deserve it.

Some Similarites
I am part of a successful business group, although I know a lot of multimillionaires, I am not one myself at least not yet. They successful people that I have grown to know and understand are positive, they take action, and they have found a way to duplicate themselves (start a team). And these are the same characteristics that I see here on the DG site. Dean you are very similar to the wealthy business men and women that I know. Thank you work doing what you have did and are currently doing for us all now. You have just expedited my trip to millionaire land. Thank you for all that you do!
Thanks Dean!!
Thanks Dean I really appreciate those words of encouragement! They really hit home with me and you are so right sometimes we just have to stop and be thankful for what we do have in our effort to gain more out of life. Its the situations that we are in now that can ultimately propell us into a brighter future. I am thankful for alot things and one of those is having the opportunity to be successful and having a vehicle like this site to take me there
Best Regards,
Shane Gore

Off Days
Thanks Dean, I'm grateful for you, your staff and fellow students who know that the best in life comes from sharing those every day experiences. Cause we are all sailing in the same boat just at different levels along the journey of life.
Thanks again for being there,

Grady Corbin here.. . .think about your enthusiasm every day and give thanks...you saw my video a couple year ago in the contest..you heard the truth, . . our lives are changed forever and now we're moving, on, up, taking action , taking more risks and being grateful everyday that I took your challenge.
You remain one of our favorite people and always will be because you gave us an opportunity to take control of our lives,. Every day I get up and somedays with anxiety and following fretful sleep or this or that, but, like today you re-inspire me not to be afraid to go try today again not only to find another deal, but to make a difference in someone elses life and give back... what a pleasure. I LOVE introducing myself as a full-time professional real estate investor, because that's what I am.. lucky and blessed

Thank You Dean!
Dean, thank you for doing these videos every week. I am sure there are weeks when you think you are too busy, or you have more important things to do, or really don't feel like doing it. But when I get the e-mail in the middle of the day that a new video is posted, I can't wait to get home to watch it! So keep it up, you are inspiring plenty of people and I can't wait to meet you at the EDGE!
God Bless You, Dean
Your honesty and integrity is what caused me to know that I can be the person I've always wanted to be. Yes, I've lived a really good life and have helped others along the way. But, now is the time for me to become financially free. Now is the Right Time!! As you say:" If not now then when". I named my corporation: "Right Time Enterprises".
Thanks to you and your books and your love for mankind.
It's been a little tough for me too because I'm doing my new real estate business part time to get free of my great corp. job that pays the bills. I hope you read this.
I'll see you in May and I'm looking forward to becoming all that I know God has in store for me. Your were my motivating factor that caused me to invest in my new business and keep the faith that I can and do deserve to be able to break away .......You are the best! See ya soon!
Jo Gibson, President of Right Time Enterprises, Inc.

Good to remember
Having been unemployed for the last few months I do try remembering what to be grateful for.
I had a great Easter with family and friends.
Do know that working for my self is what me and my family need. Thanks again for the reminders and keep up the great work.
Gratitude
Count your garden by the flowers,
Never by the leaves that fall.
Count your days by golden hours,
Don't remember clouds at all.
Count your life by smiles, not tears,
and with joy on every birthday.
Count your age by friends, not years.
I'm not sure who wrote this poem,my Grandmother gave me a card with this poem in it one year.
I thought you might enjoy it,I hope you did.
Sincerely,Vicki Kelly
Dean,
Thanks for reminding me to be grateful for what I have. There are so many things on the good side of the equation that the bad side looks anemic in comparision. I will get back to thanking God for what I have before I even get out of bed.
Gratitude
Thanks for the inspiring blog, and reminding us that everyone, no matter how rich and successful, goes through times that they question everything. I remind myself every day of all I have to be thankful for, and it is a long list! I am also very grateful for the opportunity for time and financial freedom that you offer. I am definitely ready for that! Hope you had a wonderful weekend, and I look forward to meeting you in May.
