Gratitude, wow that is easy. Ever since I joined your site 2 years ago and have gained tons of knowledge and a great partner, I know that I will never go backwards again. That is it short and simple.

What a great message Dean in light of the Easter celebration! I know that everyday I think to myself, I don't know if I will be alive tomorrow so I must live my life today! I must love my kids and my wife and my family and friends like today is the last day that I have to do that. After all, our lives would be nothing without the support of those individuals in our lives. Most importantly, I must follow my dreams, whatever they may be, so that in the end, I can say that I have lived a fulfilled life! Real Estate Investing has become part of my dream and I WILL be successful! Thanks Dean for all you do, we all depend upon you a lot and I know that must be tremendous burden to carry some days!

Thanks for another great blog. You are right, there are those moments in life when the whole world is just getting in your way. But you do have to take a moment and look around and realize that there are some incredible things happening in your life. I always say, find the positive in anything.
Good luck to everyone in finding the thing(s) that you are are greatful for.

Thank you for taking the time to share another weekly blog with all of us. It is so true that everyday we can become soo busy or consumed with what may be happening. The higher we set our goals the more busy we can become as we continue to work hard in pursuit of that next level. There are times that we can reflect on where we are at and where we want to be. At times we all need to "recharge our batteries" whether it be a Sunday afternoon with the family or a nice relaxing vacation for a few days.

I believe when you have a chance to go out of town and get away from it all for a few days, this is a great time for reflection and creativity. I believe you can clear your mind, concentrate on the important things in life and also experience even more creativity to help in life and in business. Thanks for another great blog. Gratitude is a big part of my life today. Like you said sometimes its easy to get caught up in the past. Some days i have to set down and actually do a gratitude list, This always seems to help. I can never express my gratitude for you and your staff. Thank you so much for this weekly blog and all the others before it. It was excellent timing for me. I just bought some thank you cards and plan on each week to send a thank you to all those that have helped me be where I am today and for those that helped raise my daughter. Sometimes we get so busy we forget to thank those closest to us. Gratitude is everything.

Dean I'm gratitude to have all of the people on DG. Dean you have the larger family, a person can ask for, we are here for the good, bad, sad and etc, This family have not color but the one thing this family have is a lot of love,care,and helping when you need it. I attitude that you and your staff work so hard to make your family so strong.

Dean one of the most important things in life is being grateful.I think it's great u brought that up.Alot of people just can't make it work sometimes and can't figure out why? And the answer is they are not grateful for what they have or are working towards. I take a couple a minutes a day and say everything i'm grateful for and the results are mindblowing!! You know sometimes in life were moving so fast or things in life happen and we get caught in a "hell "storm. Then all it takes is something or someone to remind us of how blessed we really are. I know that I'm blessed to have a beautiful family that loves me,good friends, and a decent job,but most of all that everyday the Lord allows me to see another awesome day no matter what happens. I am greatful for his loving kindness and grace even when I don't deserve it.
You know what I'm also greatful for... You Dean!

I am part of a successful business group, although I know a lot of multimillionaires, I am not one myself at least not yet. They successful people that I have grown to know and understand are positive, they take action, and they have found a way to duplicate themselves (start a team). And these are the same characteristics that I see here on the DG site. Dean you are very similar to the wealthy business men and women that I know. Thank you work doing what you have did and are currently doing for us all now. You have just expedited my trip to millionaire land. Thank you for all that you do!

But when I get the e-mail in the middle of the day that a new video is posted, I can't wait to get home to watch it! I'M ALSO A NEWBIE AND WAS WONDERING WHEN DOING ASSIGNMENTS DO YOU GIVE THE SELLER THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT, AND DO YOU GIVE THE END-BUYER THE ASSIGMENT CONTRACT, AND I'M STILL A LITTLE CONFUSED ON WHERE EVERY PARTY IS SUPPOSED TO SIGN AT ON THE ASSIGNMENT CONTRACT. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP WITH A LITTLE ADVICE OR A SAMPLE CONTRACT ALREADY DONE. THANKS TO THE DG FAMILY.

Having been unemployed for the last few months I do try remembering what to be grateful for.
I had a great Easter with family and friends.
Do know that working for my self is what me and my family need.Thanks again for the reminders and keep up the great work.

Thanks for reminding me to be grateful for what I have. There are so many things on the good side of the equation that the bad side looks anemic in comparision. I will get back to thanking God for what I have before I even get out of bed.
