I'm a Beginning Investor and a new real estate agent. I have worn myself out laboring and no longer able to support myself from physical labor. I own my own home but I am drowning in consumer debt. I earn my current living renting rooms and my 5th wheel trailer, as well as odd jobs. I work on Harley Davidson's Out of my Home shop. I also work for Temp agencies, which lenders will not even consider as income.
I am completely motivated to work real estate and be a active landlord as my means of support. I currently have a lot of time to invest to real estate and I am trying to get as many oars in the water as I can. I need to get my boat moving.
I started studying for my Real Estate Sales Person License about a year and a half ago. Just about the time I purchased the first set of materials from Dean. I have now obtained my license and now have a desk at a large nationally recognized firm.
As a license my goal is to help others and learn the industry inside out. I believe what goes around comes around, so if I'm truly helpful to others I will be rewarded for it. The knowledge and resources that I gain will ultimately benefit my investments and working as a agent will satisfy my working class upbringing.
Pretty much that is all that I' am about because that what's weighing heaviest on my mind. I have other interest but the only ones that come immediately to mind are: eating, sleeping, conquering my bills and real estate.
Holez's Journal
Hey,
I read in your journal that you are taking your licensing test soon. Good Luck with it!
