Can you give me a favor an explain me more how this work because I was looking for taxdeed in Miami Florida and I look another investment people working in files that people go to a taxdeed sale they try to find those before the taxdeed sale Who this really work and also the overbid how you find those people because I try and the court don't have more informacion about them and is not any phone # and where web I can have the information about the laws for the overbid.Is true that you buy the deliquent tax and 3 year you get the property free or you have to go to an aution and bid for the property. Thank you for all your help.

Just wanna get some information on tax overages I do have the concept together but need the forms. Can you possibly send me some kind of document that I could look at.

Hello my name is Rebecca and I to would like to get started in the tax sale overage business. I am ready to make a change from my everday 9 to 5 job and become my own boss. I am have the idea, but is liking direction. What I have found on the web so far regarding this business is a bunch of crap, came arcoss this site and thought what the heck maybe God will answer my prayers and find someone that could give me some direction on what I need to do to get started.

I was following your guests' messages on your guestbook and was inspired by the conversations about tax overages on houses. I have been recently studying on that source of income and am looking for contract examples to follow to send to those individuals on the county listings once they have been located. Would you or anyone have an available example?

I know this is a lot like the HUD and VA loans where the government kept these peoples money for years. I'm also finding out here recently that these overages just doesn't apply to Tax sales but Mortgages also. If this is true now that is a lot of money. Everybody knows at least one person that probably lost their home on mortgage foreclosure. They are in the paper everyday and most of the time they still live in the area. If this is true please inform me that it is because that is a lot of overbidding.

Can you give instructions how to find out what is the statute/law? in your state Alabam
a so we can apply it in our state....i.e. how long do we have(at county level) to be able to charge a decent % for notifying people they have money due them...I know Alabama does not have restriction but other states do and I am at a loss how to go about finding the rules of the state. Another thing like Mississippi has a rule you can only call the people and charge from 2 years since auction and to only the 4th year. So it is not hard for you, can you share where you looked in Alabama literature that you found the correct regulations to follow when calling these folks.
