Just getting started in investing. I am self employed as a Massage Therapist and have been in business for 21 years. My plan is to start with assignments and double closes to build a good cash reserve. Then I plan to go on to buy and hold, lease optioning and rehabbing and selling. Very excited about the future of real estate investing and building myself a secure future that does not have anything to do with depending on Social Security.
