OfflineI am married and have one child. Currently were are in the building business (well, what there is of the building business.) My husband was hoping to be retired by now. The turn in the economy has hit our cashflow and our investment portfolio. The outlook is grim and I try hard to stay positive. I am hoping that I can get us into a different phase of our real estate investing. I have issues with failure since some things I have tried in the past did not work too well. I am hoping that Dean's books and the positive information on this website will keep me charged and focused. I need to change my tendancy to start out like a "house a fire" and end up like a barely glowing ember.
Surrounded by naysayers I am constantly second guessing my path to success. Setting my goals and keeping focused is my priority--hopefully this time I will reach them.
