I am a professional residental Interior Designer,and my recent interest in real estate investing has lead me to Dean's books and this website. I look forward to meeting other investors and learning from one another. I am willing to barter my design services for mentorship with a investor, realtors, or real estate firms to learn more hands on the business. I'm eager to learn! Hello,
I am a newbie in REI and looking for mentorship in the Michigan area (Wayne and Oakland county). I am a full-time professional Interior Designer and willing to barter my design skills for a little (shadowing) to learn the daily routines of a real estate investor. Or even a mentor via email. Thanks for the warm welcome! I know I will have tons of questions soon. I'm almost finished with the Profit From Real Estate Right Now book. But, I need to go back through and create my plan of action.I think my first step would be find a friend in a real estate agent?

Thank you for the welcome I'm so excited I just can't stop thinking about real estate and reading DG site. I was on the call the other nite and ordered the interviews can't wait till they get here. I'm focused and determined even with all the nay sayers around me. They are becoming my motivators! I hear great things about you! Look forward to chatting more.

Thanks for the interest! I've been in the design field for 10 years and at the design firm I'm at now for 6 years. I just started to work on a website for my designs but, real estate has changed my gears I want to put a website focused on REI. So for now the pictures are just stored in my computer but, I would be happy to share them with you. Let me know I will inbox them if I can.
