I can tell you both interviews are great and each will likely be prioritized depending on the individual, but this will determine what comes first, so let Dean know!

I think I know which way the voting is going to go, but I don't want to taint the results by guessing aloud!

I look forward to hearing interviews from both the options you offered but prefer to see Indiana Joe FIRST. Nice work.

Thanks again for all you do. I guess I would have to go with the credit repair information first. I'm from Mississippi (like someone else we all know) and my credit is in the same place as his. So any port in a storm right now would be fantastic. I would still love to hear every word Joe and Stacey have to share as well.

I would rather see the video's with actual experiences from other students. When we get that information exorbed and working, I would think your credit score would be much better plus you would have the funds to work on the score later. After all you are showing all of us how to work the system with no money by using other peoples money. For me income first credit score later. After thought. Your Blogs are GREAAAAAAAAAT. Thank you

Joe and Stacey first to help find and execute deals. However, Jeremy's info can help us to fix not only our own credit but also a buyer's credit when doing rent-to-own deals with marginal prospects. Bring them on!

I'd love to hear from students that have had successin San Diego county in today's market, OR
from someone who can tell me how to do no money/credit in some of the Midwest states when I live in CA.

I love all your information and they've been very helpful; however, I'm having a very difficult time knowing which market(s) to start investing in. I'm located out here in the San Francisco Bay Area and I'm not sure what is the best markets/cities to implement all your investing strategies. I know that Northern California and especially the Bay Area is a very difficult real estate investing market to break into. Any tips or advice to help me get started is greatly appreciated. Dean, As always, we look forward to your action pack weekly blog. According to a prior post, "it is like a kid in a candy store." You could never get enough. Frankly, I want both and vote for double blogs, killing two birds with one stone. Why not? Hey, Joe and Stacey are people you will always want to hear from or read about. Of course for most of us, they will definitely be our first choice. But we also have to consider those with credit problems like myself. Maybe it might be a one time in history DOUBLE BLOG.
