Hi John,
Sorry it has taken so long to see your welcome note. My partner and I are in SC and have been learning from the Success Academy and recently starting reviewing the Edge 10 DVDs. We are yet excited and somewhat intimidated but will hopefully place a few properties under contract in a few weeks. We are awaiting the Intensive Training package. We have run flyers and a few ads on craigslist for buyers. I'll be sending out more online ads shortly.

How many property ventures have you done? Are you a cash buyer? Which investment strategy have you mastered/chosen to pursue?

Hello Randy,
I just recently reviewed the Edge 10 DVDs and saw you and heard your story; it was phenomenal! I love the tenacity of the two of you and how despite all the odds against you--you guys prevailed with real help from DGers.

You have been an inspiration to us [in SC]. We are near to completing our Success Academy studies. There is so much to learn and so many resources. We are waiting now to get the Intensive Training package to learn how to discern which property is best for which deal as Matt Larson was saying on the DVD. We hope to place some properties under contract in a few weeks [shaking in our boots, lol]. We're working on our buyers list with ads, letters and post cards. We have loads of leads.
