Good morning Bill,
We loved your presentation and meeting you at the Edge Event. We are now searching for Real Estate Agents in our area, and now I know what to look for.
We do have one question about Assignments in California. Do you always have to do a double closing on all assignments in California? Assignments are what we are going to start with to get our feet wet, and once we feel comfortable making a few deals, we will take the next step in REO's. Any help from you would be greatly appreciated, and thank you again for clearing up so many questions we had.

I was hoping that you could direct me on what CAR forms are appropriate when buying a home subject to the existing mortgage. i have a call into CAR legal, but probably won't hear from them till next week.

No forms necessary but the standard CAR and escrow instructions that will include a provision in the instructions covering the 'subject to' issues.
We are newbies and wanting to take action. Is it possible for you to work with us? We thought your knowledge was dazzling and have looked at the DVD many times. So impressive.
