Have you heard of the phrase, "It's like riding a bicycle, once you learn, you never forget."? I say real estate investing is similar. Once you learn basic processes that will lead you to accomplish your written goals, just repeat those processes. As we got older, we changed bikes to better suit our growing bodies. Like-wise, as we grow in real estate investing, we will most likely try different investment strategies. These strategies could involve greater numbers, more people, more partners, and more profits. It's like riding a bicycle: Find a property; Perform due diligence; Make an offer; and then, repeat.
