I saw your entry on Matt's 600 Deals journal and thought someone should let you in a few things. It looks like that someone is going to be me
I've found that most of the serious investors here want to see a full profile on your Bio. They want to know who you are and that you are serious and committed to being a Real Estate Investor. I don't think you're going to get too many takers with what you have listed here. If I were you, I'd update your bio.
You might also want to check in to the classifieds here and see if you can find a fellow DGer in your area to partner up with. You'll even find that Dean himself suggested this in a recent weekly blog.
