I live in Watertown, MA. I owned and operated several Carlson Wagonlit Travel agencies in Boston for over 20 years.

I've done some individual real estate investing. I purchased two 2-family houses in 1999 and converted them into four condos selling them in 2003. I also purchased 3 pre-construction John Wieland homes in Charleston, SC in 2004 and sold them upon completion in 2005. It was pretty hard NOT to make money in real estate during that time frame.

With the tools and guidance provided by DG and company- I plan to make money under more challenging circumstances and with less conventional terms.
