About Me:

New to real estate investing, enjoying the challenge of figuring out what it really takes to be successful at this and making it happen. Professional background is in mental health and medical transcription...I'm a retired psychotherapist, now part-time certified medical transcriptionist and beginning real estate investor. Lots of research and technical writing experience. I've been accused of being hopelessly academic but really I'm very funny. I work from home so that I can also care for an adult daughter with developmental disabilities. Most of what I know about life that is truly important I learned from her.

Interests:

Vocal performance (I sing in an all women's vocal jazz ensemble, also with a community chorus) and music, family, the 2 wonderful kids I sponsor through Children International, landscape design and gardening, cooking, do-it-yourself projects, baseball, walking, beading...life is incredibly interesting, isn't it?
