Hey guys, I have been a residential general contractor for 13 yrs and a sub-contractor in carpentry for 30yrs. I've been in construction about 40yrs. Have buyers in Rutherford and Davidson and some surrounding counties in Tenneessee.(Murfreesboro, Mt. Juliet, Nashville, Franklin, etc...)Have powerteam in place with several rehad crews as well. Sorry, i just now found your comment on my guest page. Not use to checking there.
Not sure i have an answer for you but my guess is that we pretty much deal in property buying, selling, leasing and renting so unless you have a property to rent to them, the only way you can help them is to guide them to some one you know who has rental property. Maybe that person would return the favor by becoming a buyer on your buyers list or help you in your investment business with advice or references. I don't think there are fee's involved in rental referrals. You might be better off asking a more experienced DG'r
