Question: I've Located a complex but the cap rate is unknown and the end buyer wants 50% (I.R.R)invested rate of return the property is in Syracuse NY the seller wants 1.5,million combine W/a used car lot are included with dealers licence what document do I start the seller with ?...as for the buyer do I use the N.C.A agreement right?...there is no Realtor just the seller what Is the order of operation super excited don't want to blow it
