I've wanted to get into real estate investing for a L-O-N-G time.

I'm a veteran of three marriages. The third wife, the better half of the best marriage, passed on way ahead of me. I still miss her.

Over time, I hope to be able to wholesale a few properties, flip a few, and hold a few for rentals. Right now, I want to find funds to help someone buy a large parcel of land and rebuild on it.

Interests: 
I like Toastmasters Club, and I find myself getting more and more into my local club. My real passion is in block clubs and community improvement.
