do you mean the box at the top of the page left? I tried typing hard money lenders in it but couldn't get it to send. Am I doing something wrong?

My wife purchased the books for me for my birthday. I didn't receive the finding funding part either. I called customer service. They emailed it to me. Ask and you shall receive. By the way, the customer service department was awesome! What a great family to belong to!!
Additionally, if it is ok by the web master(s) I could start a new blog with the opy I have or maybe they can post. I do not want to do something that might get flagged!

I too did not receive the FFN booklet with my books. I sent a message to DG Support and the next day they emailed the PDF (Adobe) version to me.

I found my copy of Find funding. It has to be down loaded. I don't recall the site but it should be available on this site or The Edge program. Maybe some one remembers the site. Keith
The find funding report was released during the EDGE launch and can be located using the search option on the site.

They had a rep in SC that wasted a lot of my time on a deal. He turned down the loan, and then approached the client, without me knowing. The client said to me that he met with the lender's rep that I sent out. I called the rep, he acted as if he couldn't remember the file until I told him that I knew that he met with the owner. He then abruptly said, well we're not interested in it anyway. They don't have a good history of being straight forward....

I am new at this, I have just gotten Dean's books and I'm excited about entering the world of real estate. I have no money and bad credit and unemployed. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I need some advice on how to get funding on my very first property!!!

Welcome and I can relate to your disposition. There are a couple key ways to go (just for starters as there are a lot of strategies you could use) one way is to do 'Assignment of Contract' deals which don't require your own money, neither does bird dogging (finding deals for others), also you can use a Transactional Lender to cover your end of a flip if you close both (A to B) and (B to C) transactions in the same day. They will loan you enough for your purchase price plus closing costs. They get it back from the end buyers funds, which will also cover your profit.
