I posted MY service as a bird dog on craiglist a real estate investor from a company out of new york got in touch with me asking me get them properties below market price the company name is windsor capital Ltd I done research on them but have notfound nothing on that company they have a web site i have talk to the president of the company he stated his are cash only that if iget then properties he will pay $5000 dollar a wk my ouestion is i do not have anything in writting from him that his going to pay a fee what should i do if anybody could help on this
