OfflineProud husband & father of 2 girls and 2 boys oldest girl 20 to youngest boy 12. Lived happily for 18 years in Colorado. Invested several times with some success. First house was remodeled while living in it and having 3 of our children. Moved up to a bigger house for the family size. Decided to build a house from the ground up near Lakewood Country Club. It took us about 12 months to build and another 6 to sell, finally got it done, learned alot. Purchased a REO duplex and rehabed it top to bottom, went thru a few good tenents and the last two almost destroyed us finanically due to lack of payment. We are currently trying to rebound from that I'm on the road working on pipe line jobs and my wonderful wife is raising our children. The techniques and DG family are my way home so I can still provide for my family. I read everday and hope & pray I can find a way home soon before my kids are grown and gone. The things we do today greatly effect tommorrow.
