I am slow but will eventually get the hang of things. Thanks for being here for me to learn. Long dry spell but finally back to moving ahead with real estate. My wounded warrior is out of the hospital and my life is trying to get back to normal. My husband is a hands on guy and will be my rehabber but the rest is up to me. I have no car so I need to do all with internet and phone. If Carol Stinson can so can I. My computer skills such and it takes me a long time to get anything figured out but I am working hard at it and ready to partner up and get it done. Kids are raised no excuse. Looking for hard money to do a rehab.

You sent me a message way back in January and I am sorry that I am just now getting it. I have not been on the site for a while. We run a property management business here in Utah and the winter season is very busy for us. I didn't have time for real estate. Hoping now that I can get back into it. I hope you found an answer to your question. Condos would be great if they are reasonable. We definitely need more places that are affordable here.

I can't give you an answer though seeing I have not really been doing too much with this.
