Getting started in RE with a family friend who has just moved to Michigan (Oct. of 2011) - sad face. Looking to Wholesale and "do the Greg Murphy thing" here in Montana. Found that bandit signs are POWERFUL and fliers are good. Agents have been a little problematic, pushing for "more reasonable offers".
