I'm sorry I haven't responded sooner. I guess I should check my homepage more often! You are right-we have to take action, even if it is something like just calling a real estate agent-which I just did yesterday & so far have looked at 4 houses. I also asked for a listing of comps in my area which she was happy to provide. I have a more personal reason for stepping up a bit. My daughter is looking to buy a 1st home so I get to "practice" on her! Like you said, one small thing a day. And thanks for reading and your well wishes!
