Hello and welcome! I have put together a great buyers list but I'm still stuck on what kind of property to lock up. I want to wholesale initially as I have no money to invest right now. I am investing in a franchise(prior to getting the Edge kit) and need to put some money into that. Right now I need help with my first deal and a am willing to pay someone a consulting fee for their help.
How are you doing? Do you have a buyers list yet? Any deals done yet?
