Thanks Greg! I've been wanting to get into this field for a while and now I have the tools, so I just need to over come the fear and get started. Sorry for my ignorance, but I don't even know the meaning of partnering yet and don't even know what pm stands for, but once I set up my robotic messaging system, letters to brokers,etc. I'll get some ideas. Thanks again!
