About Me: 

I have been dreaming about RE investing for years but have never taken the plunge (besides my own personal residence) partly because my hubby holds me back (ultra-conservative) but partly out of fear, I'm sorry to say! I am hoping to build up my courage to take the leap because I am tired of waiting! I want to thank Dean and all the members here on the site for your support and helpful suggestions. I know Dean knows what he's talking about and it's great to take part in a 'community' of people who really care about one another and helping each other be successful.
