Iv'e been in the sign business for about 32 years, i opened my first shop at age 16 been doing truck lettering & signs ever since. the sign business is very tough you have to compete to give the lowest price to stay in business, buy the time the customer excepts that price your not making anything. tiered of this life need a big change,lost my truck (to repo) lost my home to forclosure, my wife has demencia. i have 5 children, and i am NOT about to fail!!! I love the real estate Business, I love deans books I am continuing to get my real estate lic. but for now I' am bird dogging Have 3 buyers right now think i found a home for 1 witch will make me $2000. richer Thanks Dean & looking for a long prosperous life with the dean family.
