Newbie Here
I've been overwhelmed by the wealth of knowledge here on Deans site and I feel like a chicken with his/her head cut off. Before I go getting real estate agents etc I could use a bit of hand holding, no matter what your knowledge level is, I'm pretty sure it's more than mine. I am one of those no/bad credit and no money folk. After watching the videos here on locking properties under contract/assignment (ie) I feel this is my best option to achieve financial happiness. Anyone with experience in this and doesn't mind giving a newb a little more information/tips on how to go about this please private message me here. Thanks in advance, sorry if I'm being a pain.
