OfflineI have been involved in many different careers from TV Network to Real Estate to Helping others as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
As for real estate, I was involved for 14 years from 1978 to 1992. We built, owned, managed and sold apartment buildings and an office building. So I have a creditable background when it comes to financing, negotiating, credit checking, managing, etc. My rent structure was one of the highest for the San Fernando Valley. In the 14 years of managing our properties, due to my application process for a new tenant, I was fortunate not to have to evict any tenants. I was extremely careful who I rented too which was an asset to us and a cost savings for the investors.
I also managed some houses for other investors. I was self-employed and did not need a realtors license nor do I have one today.
I am interested in finding properties , securing them for investors who are interested in the State of California. I live in the San Fernando Valley of LA County.
As a side note: I was also the President and CEO of a public company on the stock exchange for 12.5 years. So I have an extensive business background in several fields.

What a great idea and how caring you are to help the Joplin tornado victims. It was really very sad to see what happened, but also what is happening around some other parts of the country due to the tornado.
I know we cannot help everyone, but Joplin is a good start and as always, you are in the forefront since you have a big heart.
