I am here on this site to learn about wholesaling real estate. I am a payroll slave looking to get out of the rat race. I have a fiancé and a 9 year old son, and I want them to have a life of minimal worries.

I want to start with residential properties, 1-4 units, then graduate to mix-used and full commercial.
