Jay, That was really cool and I must say you really woke me up and I realize I cannot do real estate one day wait two days and pick it up again. It does not work for me that way and it is called dabbling in real estate. Your a real cool cat and thanks very much!

There's an old expression that goes " If you want it bad enough, you will find a way." We all have that same 24 hours in a day so if person "A" can do it, so can you! Everything else is just an excuse.

We have got to take responsibility to dig deeper in ourselves and make things happen to benefit us in business by helping others get what they want but first we have to get out of our own way and start using our time more wisely and being dedicated to becoming bigger and better at our business. Start right now to improve your self and find ways to stop Dabbling and treat your business with respect and seriousness. I appreciate you all, love you all and keep developing yourself in every way. I do agree that time is a crucial thing and a non recoverable one. but the most important thing is the love and the family. If in balancing time you are missing it, then it is not worthful.
