OfflineI am 52 years old,have 2 children and 2 grandchildren and 2 many animals.I have bought and sold 2 houses years ago with creative fiancing because my credit was and still is bad.Never thought of investing or even trying to earn a living w/realestate.I have worked in the casino industry for many years but am no longer to do that line of work due to my disibility.I have looked into going back to school and have recently completed a home course and have become certified in addiction/recovery counceling.Instead,I have decided to take another look at realestate,there is too much potential there to overlook.I have read Deans book and very excited and nervous to get started.I have alot of peaces of the puzzle to still put together in my head to take that first leap.Lord willing I'll start taking that first step this comming week.I have found many properties already,unreal some of the equity I am finding.
