I spent 20 years in Financial Services working for Fortune 100 companies and now I am determined to build a real estate business using the tools and skills taught by Dean. Worked hard this weekend
I put out 40 bandit signs Friday afternoon. Most are picked up / gone now. Got some responses - mainly from from one of two signs that read: "I buy houses - cash" and "3 bedroom 2 bathroom, min down". I have a list of retail buyers with credit scores in the mid 600s who want to buy and I found 2 properties the owners are looking to sell. Hope to make a deal this week.
Anyone have any ideas or encouragement, I'm listening and learning.
