I am down here in Cape May...got Dean's books and the edge 2010 and can't wait to start doing deals... I am a licensed Realtor and can see some great deals out there. As you know the bank lending situation is really hard right now. I have to learn to think differently, my Broker tells me it's not legal to assign properties with a RE license. I am seriously considering letting it go and jumping in to investing. I would like to do subject to and assignments to get started. Anyway, nice to see someone else from NJ on here!
