I live in Central,FL and I know where TONS of properties are around TWO private College's and most of them are REO or Foreclosure properties. I have one property right now I can negotiate on the price once I have proof of funds because it is a REO property in a really nice laid back neighborhood and already has $83,389 in Equity before remodeling at the asking price the bank is asking for it; The remodel cost would be estimated around $30,000 from me just looking at the inside of the house
