Hi, I am trying to do my first deal and i have some questions. would you be willing to help me? And #2, most of what i have been seeing on this site is dated. Is this still a good source for information?
it say that my last post was 22:04 which is 10:04pm, however it is only 5:41pm here in MD. which should read 17:41pm. could this be the cause for me seeing out dated material? some sort of setting. Forget it, not important....lol Back to the business at hand.
Can someone direct me as to what would be the best decision to make on my first deal. I placed under contract a deal with the asking price of $160K and I purchased it for $100K. I would like to know if I should flip or do a finders fee for the property. Please advise. I am signing the contract tomorrow and I don't want to sign and become stuck with the contract if I don't have to.
Thanks in advance.
