No Money Flip Mastery Class

Good luck to everyone that took action on the Mastery class. Education is key! Although I was unable to move forward with this class i'm excited about continuing my education as well. Hope everyone brings in some wisdom from everything learned.

I've joined the Master Class and can't wait to get started in making deals!

Thank God~ Dean came up with the low monthly pay plan. As soon as I saw the new 6 pay plan option, I thought the class is meant to be for me. I really appreciate Dean and Matt not giving up to encourage people until the very last moment. I wonder what is the real key factor for their persistence.^^

I had no doubt about the contents of their education as far as the REI goes, but I was having this question mark to myself for the fact that I did not take any major action even with the past education materials. I was asking myself how am I gonna be different than before even with these new educations. It was not what I did not have RE education before for not making it happen; it was my old-incurable thought or some kind of stubbornness that was with me at all the time.

Guess, what?
There were plenty of materials to go through before the real session begins.
Thankfully, Dean was encouraging everyone to go over the "30 Days to Thrive" first before anything else from the welcome page.
That continuous 4 hours of video really got my inner villain on that night and I believe my inner hero was rescued at the same moment.

With the fresh state of being a hero for myself as well as for my loving ones, the next day's beginners jump start class was the real "TOTAL IMMERSION" - ground breaking moment of my REI journey!! Matt and Nate were like an unstoppable robot teachers flaming the fire out of their mouths continuously for four hours. I could totally felt that my brain was getting frozen with packed of prime informational education, my heart was pounding making me to feel like getting out there and make my move as soon as possible, and my limbs were getting warming up to be ready for the action!! ^^

Who knew that the cream of the crop is still to come on the following day as the first training session of No Money Flip?

Over all, their treat so far was way better than those five stars buffets' tables from the first class hotels in terms of in-taking, digesting, and absorbing. It was the REAL food for OUR REI journey that can last until the END.

Dean, Matt and Nate are without a doubt the finest educators in the REI business. I know for a fact that they practice what they preach. You will be getting all the info you need to build a successful REI business.

The key after learning all the awesome material in the program is putting in the hard work and time needed to be successful! This is where YOU become part of the 2% or remain in the 98%.

If I can do it, believe me, anyone can! But you must have a thick skin and a 100% positive attitude. Every problem you encounter and you WILL encounter problems, must be attacked aggressively and overcome with a "nothing in this world is going to stop me" attitude. NOW, TODAY! Not when "I know everything there is to know about every aspect of real estate"!

Btw, was it 2% vs 98%?
I thought it was 5% and 95%.^^
It's even greater that we are striving for higher group!
Eventually the action takers will be in the 'Upper-Upper Class' before even knowing they already are.

Mila oh you made a good choice just the first class overwhelmed me but I am pacing myself before next weeks class

Has anyone used the website provided in this no money flip ( I love it but I have one minor set back with it)

I absolutely loved the total immersion... I mean seriously. After that video, you can go out and make offers. Gives you the tools right then and there. Everything you needed to know.

I also waited for the new payment plan. I am absolutely loving the purchase... er... investment really when you think about it.

Just as Michael mentioned above, I think Dean, Matt and Nate are the best real estate investing educators around right now because they are out walking the walk and getting deals done. I learned a lot just from the last 2 classes and can't wait to see what they have for us on the last 2 classes. I'm excited!!

PS Don't get overwhelmed on any of the details. Real Estate Investing can be simple if you allow your team members to do what they are good at. For Example, Contracts should go to your Attorney and/or your Real Estate Agent.

You can and should come back and re-watch sessions of the training.

I still remember when I was a student in one of Matt's classes a few years ago. I sat back and nearly filled a notebook up with notes - non stop writing!!! I remembered the stories more than anything else. For months I referred back to my notes as things came up in my business that were relevant.

I also got the 4 weeks to freedom last summer & I'm sure this class is going to rock also. I agree with Michael & others that you get what you put in to it. I am seeing results from the class I took w/ended in Sept.

I got a deal last mo for 5k & this mo for $2,250 so it does work. I hope all take the educ to heart & put it in to action.

New to Dean's "NO Money Flip Master class". I am following the training week by week, but I don't know how to find one thing:
1-My back office( Matt & Nate talk about) where we supposed to find video and form.
Can anybody educate me on that.

When you are in the page at the very top the green bar gives you options

Select "course resources" it is the symbol that looks like a pencil and paper

I'm trying to find the "cash sold" list for the past 90 days. Is there a way to do this without using the agent?

Well Walt thanks for bumping up the post it drew my attention to this,

Milad, to the best of my knowledge I do not recall..... (But check walts profile he has very good info FYI) another method apart from the agent.

However another way to find cash buyers is to go to the courthouse when homes are being sold they are there and it's a perfect time to experience real estate networking just remember the buyer questions, have your business cards ready and also
Fill out your bio as it is very important you could have other DG family here who have cash buyers and may already be buying in your area !

Lot of motivation going on in this thread. Sometimes it takes a little time to redevelope yourself. One step at a time will accomplish just about anything.
