We're starting to see more non traditional buyers enter the market place. Use Craigslist again!

I closed on a house off of a Craigslist add I posted on the 3rd. I did what you did in that I had my contractor go out and look at it. ARV 59K. Needs about $10K in work. Picked it up including closing cost for $19. And yes, I will do Craigslist and Postlets to sell it.
I love buying houses out of state. I don't have to sweat the small stuff. Let the contractors do that. This is the 4th house I have bought that I have never seen with my own eyes.

I actually bought a house off CL last fall, and owner's credit union bank even refinanced 100% of it for me! I still haven't seen the house to this date, but my contractor gave me the green light, and I've had a tenant in there for the last 7-8 months now
